Shipping Policy

Once an item or items have been ordered and shipped and you wish to cancel, we will refund the amount minus the shipping cost.  We are unable to add or change your order once it is out for delivery.

Standard shipping does not require a signature, if you request that the package must be signed this will result in an extra charge from the carrier.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages and this must be brought to the attention of the carrier.  If the items are damaged inside the package please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

A tracking number will be supplied with all orders.
